Automated in-app chat is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It handles common queries instantly, from checking your game history and account balance to understanding club rules and eligibility.

Live human agents are available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST. This is the ideal window for complex issues such as failed deposits via PhonePe or GPay, withdrawal delays, or disputed game outcomes. Queries received after 9:00 PM IST are queued and addressed by our team from 9:00 AM the following day.

Online-only support

6 Club is a fully digital platform, there is no physical office, no walk-in counter, and no postal address. All support is handled exclusively through email and in-app chat, giving you faster turnaround than any traditional counter visit could offer.

To raise a query via in-app chat: log in to your 6 Club account, tap the chat icon in the bottom corner, and describe your issue. For email support, write to [email protected] including your registered mobile number and a short description of the problem. Attaching payment screenshots from PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM can help resolve transaction queries more quickly.
